Little Dixie has multiple opportunities for individuals to become involved as volunteers and give back to their community. Volunteers are utilized in the head start classrooms, during Veteran’s Day and other events, for food drives, for community clean-up projects, and much more! Volunteer Today! RSVP (Age 55+)
The Retired Senior Volunteer Program is America’s largest volunteer network for people age 55 and over! Little Dixie’s RSVP Volunteers donate approximately 80,000 hours of service each year! Volunteers choose how and where they want to serve based on their interests, expertise and the amount of time they have to give. Volunteer stations are available in McCurtain, Choctaw, and Pushmataha Counties and include nutrition centers, hospital auxiliaries and public schools to name a few.
