Apartments
We offer smoke-free rental units in McCurtain, Choctaw and Pushmataha counties with a mix of one, two and three bedroom units. In addition, we have rental options specifically for Seniors (aged 62+). Several amenities onsite including laundry and parking sites; Pets allowed with cleaning deposit; Section 8 vouchers accepted.
Homes & Properties for Sale
Are you ready to become a homeowner or are you interested in purchasing property? Little Dixie may have the perfect home or property for you. Through our purchase-rehab-resale program, we buy and rehab existing homes for resale. We also build and sell “speculative” single family homes targeting families with moderate incomes. Occasionally, we also have property for sale.

Our certified housing counselors are highly trained and ready to help you maneuver through the home purchase process, which can sometimes feel overwhelming and stressful. Among the many counseling services Little Dixie’s housing counselors provide are courses designed to help you understand and feel more comfortable as you prepare to become a homeowner.

Self-Help Housing
This program offers a unique opportunity for qualifying low income families to fulfill their dreams of homeownership and move into an affordable, beautiful and new single family home. This program operates in cooperation with USDA/Rural Development and is available to families within Atoka, Bryan, Choctaw, Carter, Love, McCurtain, Marshall, and Pushmataha counties.
Weatherization
Income eligible homeowners and landlords (must meet eligibility requirements) can significantly improve the energy efficiency of their homes through minor upgrades often resulting in costs savings through reduced energy bills. Call today to see if you qualify.
